SPINERGY Contest

There once was a skinny old judge,
who objected to eating dark fudge.
But when nuts were sprinkled,
his nose uncrinkled,
and now he's become quite a pudge.

My figure skating career was brief, but notable. After my first major appearance, headlines everywhere read, "Pairs figure skater throws judges curve ball when she skips triple Lutz to drop-kick partner."

The pyramids hold treasure,
for those who can measure,

As my refrigerator advanced menacingly, I assumed a fighting karate stance. It was then that I realized the fridge was a decoy and it was the stove behind me I should worry about.

Kindergarten is full of risk. Sometimes you hit a home run; sometimes you pee your pants.

Downwind of a sap-filled grove of maples, the burnished leaves rustled in the autumn wind. We could not have known whose footsteps we followed, but for the their desire not to be forgotten.
